Ore Beneficiation Line or ore separating line is a set of equipment collectively. Different ores have different ore dressing methods. The commonly ore dressing methods are magnetic separation, flotation separation, electric separation, gravity separation and air separation, of which the magnetic separation and flotation separation are the most commonly used ore dressing methods.

Classification of Ore Processing Plant

Process of Ore Beneficiation Line

Firstly, ores are crushed by jaw crusher, and then sent to ball mill for grinding after secondary crushing of fine crusher. Then the pulp after grinding will graded and sorted by magnetic separator and flotation machine. The sorted ore concentrate will be purified by concentrator. The wet concentrate should be dried by drying equipment. In addition, a complete Ore Beneficiation Line should also be equipped with rock feeder, elevator and conveyor. It has such advantages as high efficiency, low energy consumption, large processing capacity, economy and so on.
