The Production Preparation of Cement Grinding Station

Cement grinding station is the final stage in the production of cement, which is separately independent from the finished cement production units. This phase will add the cement clinker with other mixed materials for grinding, and finally produce the finished cement. Cement production line generally can be divided into raw material preparation, clinker burning and cement making steps. Cement grinding equipment can not only collect the finished cement, but also purify the gas. Before the operation of cement grinding process, there are many preparations should be made, and the details are as follows:

1. The pre crushing and homogenization: during the cement production process, most of the raw materials must be crushed, such as limestone, clay, iron ore, coal, etc. Limestone takes the largest amount of raw materials for the production of cement, the limestone after extraction has large size and high hardness. Therefore, the limestone crushing occupies an important position in cement plant.

2. The preparation of raw materials: in cement production process, producing 1 ton cement material needs at least 3 tons raw materials (including all kinds of raw materials, fuel, clinker, gypsum, mixture). According to certain statistics, the grinding operation of dry type cement production line need to consume plant about 60% of the power in the factory, which accounted for 30% of raw meal grinding, coal mill is accounted for about 3%, cement mill is about 40%. Therefore, rational selection of grinding equipment can optimize the process parameters; the correct operation of the control system will ensure the product quality, so as to reduce the energy consumption of the whole line.

3. The decomposition of raw materials. The preheating and partial decomposition should be completed by the preheater instead of rotary kiln, so as to shorten the length of the back into the kiln. At the same time, carry out the heat exchanging process in the gas accumulation state, moved the preheater to the inner suspension condition of raw material, so that the hot gas will be fully mixed with the materials discharged from the kiln. It can improve the contact area between gas and materials, heat transfer speed, heat exchange efficiency, the production efficiency and reduce the kiln heat consumption of clinker burning.
