Lignite dryer is a kind of large-scale drying machine professionally improving quality of lignite, which can adjust humidity of coking coal. Our company adopts advanced large-scale fluidized bed dryer, its output can be up to 200 tons per hour. Thermal efficiency of lignite dryer can be improved by 20% coordinated with large fluidized combustion and waste heat recycling technology.
1. High drying capacity and suitable for mass production. Lignite dryer can process 200 tons of lignite per hour.
2. Low operational cost and high heat transfer coefficient. Thermal efficiency of lignite dryer is much higher than that of traditional drum drier.
3. Stepless adjustment of materials. Lignite dryer can adapt to drying requirements of materials with different forms.
4. Automatic purifying exhaust and reduction of environmental pollution.
