Drum Dryer

Drum Dryer is a kind of widely used drying machine, which can use coal, oil, gas and other kinds of fuels to dry bulk, granular, powdery and other materials, and which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly product that takes the place of traditional drying equipment.

Based on hot work principle, Drum Dryer is equipped with material lifting board and stock guide with different angles and spacing inside the cylinder. This structure can ensure the materials to be dried move along the screw movement direction under the action of gravity and keep sufficient residence time and dispersion inside the cylinder, thus making materials fully exchange with hot air from combustion chamber. Drum Dryer has eliminated defects of conventional drying equipment, such as small heat exchange area caused by wind tunnel and low evaporation intensity of unit volume.
