Workflow of Sand Maker

Firstly raw materials was  fed into sand maker by the feed hopper and at the same time they are divided to two parts. one of them enter the high speed spinning impellor through the distributor and the accelerated speed can be a hundred times of the gravitational acceleration.

Second Then the materials are thrown out from three runners at the speed of 60-70 m/s and impact the falling materials from the distributor.

Thirdly the materials come to the lining of the inner cavity and get bounced by the material liner to the upper end of the whirling motion cavity.

Then the materials change the direction to move down and they cast from the impellor form a continuous material curtain. During this case, the materials would go through two or more times of impacting and grinding processes.The crushed materials are discharged from the bottom hole of the sand making machine.And then through a closed circuit with the cycle screening system, the sand maker can handle the materials up to 20 meshes within three circulations.  In the whole crushing process, the materials hit each other without touching the metal components directly. 

FTM Sand making machine with superior wear resistance can also be used in high abrasion resistance and disintegration of secondary crushing production. In addition, due to zero production pollution, sand making equipment can well adapt to glass, quartz sand and other high purity material production. Within production capacity of 10-500t/h, sand making production can almost meet any production requirements.
